A Forest walk in Mpanga Forest .

Day One

After your early mornig break fast, you will be transferred to Mpanga Forest on  Masaka Road.Mpanga forest  is located 36 Km from Kampala and it harbours a variety of fauna and flora species. The walk in the forest will reward you with species like red-tailed monkeys, bushbucks, bush pigs and flying squirrels. Also you should expect birds like the blue breasted kingfisher, African grey parrot, black and white casqued hornbill, African pied hornbill, and the great blue turaco among the more amazing and abundant of the 180-plus bird species recorded. Notably the forest has abundant colourful butterflies you can easily site while walking. After the walk you will be transferred back to your Hotel.
