5 Days Uganda Safari to Queen Elizabeth and Lake Mburo National Parks

Day 1: Have breakfast to proceed to the west from Kampala.Stop at the Equator for photographs and then proceed to Queen Elizabeth following the mystical “Mountains of the moon” for most of the journey. Watch out for game enroute for animals like Lions, Elephants, Hyenas, Leopards and antelopes. Dinner and overnight night at Mweya Safari lodge or the institute of ecology.
Day 2: Go for an early morning game drive after a cup of tea.This will reward you with animals like Lions, leopards, hyenas, Defassa waterbucks, topi, bush bucks Uganda Kob and many more.Retire to the lodge for late breakfast and relax as you get ready for the boat cruise on the Kazinga channel into Lake Edward after lunch. This trip enables you to view Hippos, Buffaloes and Elephants at a distance. Also are birds that make the shores colourful. Dinner and a night at Mweya safari lodge or institute of Ecology.
Day 3: Early after breakfast, head to Kyambura gorge for chimpanzee tracking; watch out for other primates like colobus monkeys, baboons and many more. Return to the lodge for lunch to and then go for site viewing in the crater lakes region. Here you will visit Katwe salt works for a glimpse into the local salt production methods. Dinner and overnight at Mweya safari lodge or institute of Ecology. 

Day 4: Drive to L. Mburo NP after breakfast.The park has diverse ecosystems; swamps, extensive wetlands, wooden savannah and forest. Explaining why the park has a rich diversity of fauna and flora. Watch out for Leopards, Zebras, Elands, Buffaloes, Impalas, Hippos, Roam Antelopes, Bush bucks, Hyenas, and many more enroute. You will have lunch and embark on a boat ride on Lake Mburo to view Crocodiles, Hippos, Pelicans, and Fish eagles, Herons, the rare Shoebill stork, cormorants, Pelicans and many more. Dinner and overnight at Mantana tented camp/ Rwonyo Camp/ Agip motel for excellent services. 

Day 5: Go for a game drive for more game and then drive back to Kampala to reach in the afternoon.
