Flying Tour Uganda, Kibale National Park

Flying Safari to Kibale / Queen/ Bwindi 7 Days

Day 1

Early in the morning after breakfast transfer to Kajansi airstrip or Entebbe airport to catch the charter flight to Kasese, where you will meet a company guide to drive you to the Lodge. Have lunch to go for a walk in the crater lakes region. Dinner and overnight Ndali Lodge/ Mantana Kibale (FB).

Day 2

Early in the morning move to the forest to track the noisy chimps and other primates oscillating trough the forest from one tree to another. You will have a lunch picnic in the forest to go for a walk around the Bigodi wetland/ swamp to see variety of animals and rare flora Dinner and overnight at Ndali Lodge / Mantana Tented Camp.

Day 3

Have breakfast to go for a walk in the foothills of the Rwenzori mountains one of the greatest mountain ranges of the world to look out for its forbidding peaks in a distance and later proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park . You will reach in the afternoon to have a game drive in either the Kasenyi plains or the Mweya peninsula to look out for game like bush bucks, elephants, giant forest hogs, warthogs, bush pigs and many more. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge / Jacana Lodge(FB).

Day 4

Early in the morning go track chimps in the Kyambura gorge to check out the first moving Chimpanzees. Although rare visited by tourist Kyambura gorge is a habitat to plenty of chimps and other primates. The walk in enchanting and interesting. Retire from the walk to have lunch at the lodge and prepare for a boat trip on the Kazinga Channel. The boat trip will reward you with animals like Hippos, buffaloes and bird both residents and migrants. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge / Jacana Lodge (FB).

Day 5

Drive through the Ishasha sector to Bwindi Impenetrable NP. You will check out for tree climbing Lions enroute. You will reach Buhoma in the afternoon to go for a walk in the neighboring community to be entertained in some of the cultural dances if you want .Dinner and overnight gorilla forest camp / Buhoma community bandas.

Day 6

Go for a full day gorilla tracking in the park. The activity takes about 2- 8 hours or more depending on the movement of these humble giants on that particular day. Day for gorilla tracking and over night. The over all activity is strenuous but seeing Gorilla play, feed and interact erases the poor memories of gorilla tracking. Over night at Gorilla Forest Camp- executive and luxury/ Buhoma Community bandas.

Day 7

Have breakfast to go for nature walk in the forest and then transfer to Kayonza airstrip for your charter flight back to Entebbe .
