4 Days Wildlife Safari Ssese Island - Lake Mburo National Park

Day 1

Drive through Masaka- Mbarara road to go the port - to be transferred to Bugalla Island ( Ssese Island ) situated northwest of Lake Victoria. The Island is one of the 84 separate islands that make up the archipelago of the Ssese Island. While in Bugala you can see game like Black and white colobus,the vervet monkey and birds - turacos, Bushbucks and hornbills, robin-chats, flycatchers and weavers. Overnight at Pearl gardens Beach/ Ssese islands beach Hotel.

Day 2

Rise early in the morning to embark on a walk on the island to view animal species you may have not seen the previous day.Return for a late breakfast and have lunch,transfer to Lutoboka Bay for any activity of your choice such as canoeing, building sand castles, swimming and volley ball. Transfer to Kampala and spend the night at Sheraton Hotel / Serena Hotel .

Day 3

Head for Lake Mburo National park, arriving in the late morning hours. Go for a game drive in search  of animals like Defassa water bucks, bush bucks, Buffaloes, common duikers, Oribi, bush pigs warthogs Bohor reed buck, and hippopotamus. More to that are leopards, vervet monkeys and olive baboons may be identified. Overnight at Rwonyo camp.

Day 4

Early in the morning after breakfast go for another game drive to look for more birds, leave l for Kampla late afternoon, arriving in the evening. Dinner and overnight at Sheraton Hotel/ Serena Hotel .
