Tour to Lake Mburo- Queen Elizabeth- Bwindi impenetrable National park and Lake Bunyonyi . 6 Days (5 Nights)

Day 1

Drive from Kampala westwards to Lake Mburo National Park to encounter game while traveling. The park is a harbours several  unique species not found else where in Uganda.Arrive in time for lunch at the main campsite,embark on a boat ride on Lake Mburo to view Hippos, buffaloes, warthogs, bush pigs at the shores of the Lake; watch out for acacia associated birds such as black bellied bustard, mosque swallow and bare faced go-away birds. Dinner and overnight at Rwonyo Camp.

Day 2

Take  an early morning breakfast go for another game drive through the park before you head off to Queen Elizabeth national park.Look out for game enroute, arrive Mweya safari lodge  in time for lunch Relax and go for a boat ride on the Kazinga channel in the afternoon; while enjoying your boat ride expects to see a swamp of hippopotamus, Buffaloes and variety of water birds both residents and non residents.Dinner and a night at Mweya Safari Lodge.

Day 3

Rise early morning, ready for a game drive to in the park you will see numerous animals like Lions, elephants, buffaloes, topi, Uganda Kobs and defassa waterbucks.Retire from the game drive for breakfast at the Lodge. Pack lunch to drive off to Bwindi through the Ishasha sector. You will view  game like climbing lions. Take a short break for lunch enroute and proceed to Bwindi. Dinner and a night at Gorilla forest resort / Buhoma community Bandas.

Day 4

Have an early breakfast , head for briefing at the park headquarters,set off for gorilla tracking. The activity takes about 3 - 10 hours but this is dependant on the movement of the Gorilla. Gorilla tracking is can be exhausting but the experience of viewing them feed, play and interact is worth the struggle. Dinner and overnight at Gorilla Resort camp / Buhoma community Banda.

Day 5

Take breakfast to drive off to Lake Buyonyi- “place of beautuful little birds” though you may occassionally sight large birds in the area. Go for a boat ride to view game and variety of bird species. Retire from the ride to do any activity of your choice. Dinner and overnight at Habuharo Island .

Day 6

An early breakfast and then embark on the journey back to Kampala . You will have a lunch enroute to proceed to Kampala . Dinner and overnight at Sheraton Hotel / Hotel Africana.
